We strongly recommend purchasing a gift card online. It will be mailed to you or it can be mailed to the recipient of the gift. If you need to make an immediate purchase, please check our current Customer Service hours before visiting.

All gift cards are mailed via USPS, therefore gift cards purchased after 11 a.m. on December 15 are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.

How does the Settlers Green Gift Card work?

Just like a credit card. The card will be swiped on a credit card machine at the time of purchase.

Do you email the gift card?

No. Our gift cards are physical gift cards that will be mailed to you.

Do you mail to Canada?

No. We currently only mail gift cards within the US. Canadian shoppers are welcome to purchase gift cards at our Customer Service Office while visiting.

How much money can I put on a gift card?

Customers can purchase gift cards in any amount, from $10-$1000. Some restrictions may apply.

Do they expire?

No.

What is your Return Policy?

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on gift cards for cash or refund. All purchases on gift cards are final.

*Where can I shop with the Settlers Green Gift Card?

Any store, restaurant or services at Settlers Green with the exception of Barley & Salt. It also works at Settlers Crossing including Black Cap Grille and REI Co-Op.

Where can I buy the Settlers Green Gift Card?

Purchase a gift card at Customer Service, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday or purchase online and the card will be mailed to the recipient within 5 business days.

What if I lose my Settlers Green Gift Card?

When you receive your card, register it with your name and contact information using the 16-digit card number on the back at getmybalance.com. If lost, the card can be replaced at Customer Service during normal operating hours. Registered cards can also be tracked and lost registered gift cards can be replaced.

How and why should I register my Settlers Green Gift Card?

Gift cards can be registered at getmybalance.com. Enter the 16 digit code on the back of your card to register it. We recommend registering your card to track your balance and it will also be a way to track it in case it is lost.

Can I check my balance on my Settlers Green Gift Card?

Yes, you can check your balance with the account number on the back of the card. Via phone 800-755-0085 or at getmybalance.com.

Who do I contact if the Gift Card has credit, but is not working?

Dial the toll free number on the back of the gift card where representatives are available 24/7.

I have an old Settlers Green paper gift certificate. Can I still use it?

Yes, to an extent. If you have a paper Gift Certificate, it is still valid and can be accepted at any store that still accepts checks. Your best bet is to exchange it at Customer Service for a Settlers Green Gift Card. Call the Customer Service Office if you have any questions prior to coming in for the exchange at 603-356-7031.
